To sign up a character (or several) to be a member of Tribe, you must post an application here, and it must be accepted.

RULES
1) Be respectful, to me, the other staff, to your fellow players, and to new members.
2) If you notice someone is breaking a rule, PM me and I will speak with them privately. We do not need mini-modding.
3) Obey all of IF's rules.

6) Your characters CANNOT be each other's mate; this will become boring very quickly.
7) The point of this is NOT to have a mate; be sure to develop friendships among your characters and with others.
8) At least at first, mates will not be how they are later in the RP; it will be whoever impresses a female while she is in heat, and will not be permanent. Later, our cats can decide on different customs about mates and kits.
9) If you've read this far, put your favorite color in the 'other' section.
10) Be at least semi-literate; if you need help, PM me or another member. 4+ sentences per post, no text-talk.
11) Before every post, add character information in this format: Name || Rank || Age || Gender || Mate (if applicable) || Mentions: (any characters mentioned in the post) || Location. This will prevent confusion.
12) No auto-hit/miss, powerplay, or godmodding! This is important. In fights, phrase things as 'attempts,' so, for instance, if Wild were sparring with a Tribemate named Wind, my post would be something like this: Wild snarled furiously, mainly for show, as he trained the younger cat in the art of fighting. Claws were sheathed as to avoid harm, but a shallow scratch was still on his shoulder, from a small accident. He wasn't even winded, and with easy grace, he slipped forward and went to cuff his sparring partner on the shoulder. If the blow landed, she'd most likely go rolling, and if she managed to dodge, well, he wouldn't hit her. All of that processed in milliseconds as his paw swung through the air toward Wind.
13) NOT EVERY CAT CAN BE BLACK OR WHITE. Browns, tans, greys, anything, but not every cat can be black or white because they could not logically survive. There is a reason most big cat species are shades of brown, at least those that live in areas without much snow, likes these do. While I'm on the topic, no heart, star, moon, whatever-shaped markings.

To those that don't know him, Wild may seem like a 'gentle giant'. He is generally soft-spoken and may seen easy to manipulate or mislead, but don't let that fool you - his tongue is a sharp as a knife, and while he is easygoing normally, once you've threatened him or anyone he considers family, the claws are out, and probably shredding whoever happened to cause offense. Wild is actually the cat equivalent of a tactical mastermind, and while he prefers to be good and do the honorable thing, he isn't afraid to use every dirty trick he knows.
Appearance:
This is a large male, with a build like a lion, and weighing about a forty pounds, light brown, with darker brown tabby markings. His eyes are yellow, and his fur is longer and shaggier than typical, which only adds to his large, father fearsome appearance. His right ear is missing a large chunk from the top, and beside his right eye is a scar from a fight long forgotten. His massive build makes him a very good fighter, and he is competent at hunting larger game.
